AIMANTAThe early maturing Rhizomania tolerant |
|
|||||
AIMANTA gives excellent yields when lifted early. Particularly valuable to those growers, especially on heavier land, who want to lift their sugar beet in the first weeks of the Campaign without compromising yield. This is often to make way for a good wheat entry, where the timeliness of drilling and the quality of seedbed, can make the difference of a tonne or more of yield in the following cereal crop.
With good establishment and vigorous growth, AIMANTA produces excellent yields. In 2009 official trials, AIMANTA outperformed many of the top varieties, and should be a valuable part of growers' portfolios in 2011.
The first Rhizomania-tolerant variety for the UK from Hilleshog, AIMANTA also gives all the established Hilleshog benefits of , low tares and easy harvesting.
- Early-maturing Rhizomania-tolerant
- Ideal for early lifting situations and heavier land
- Smooth root shape for low tares and easy harvesting
